New Chinatown Restaurant: Hometown Hotpot & BBQ

There is a new restaurant in town and it's called Hometown Hotpot & BBQ! We went there recently and tried to put our name down for a table of 6 at 6pm and the wait was over 2 hours long! The next day, we decided to go a little earlier at 4pm and there was no wait at all.

We ordered hot pot and BBQ and the sauce station is awesome. Call ahead of time to see if they will take reservations or show up early for a seat! There is seating on the ground floor as well as a downstairs option. We ordered beef, lamb, and lots of vegetables. The best part? The three part pot with an original soup base, spicy ma la soup base, and tom yum soup base. 

We are excited to welcome Hometown Hotpot & BBQ to the neighborhood and look forward to staying warm during this cold winter here! Check out the menu online!

Two-Story Hot Pot Restaurant in Chinatown

If you're a hot pot fan like I am, grab a bunch of friends and head to Chinatown's new 99 Favor Taste! The fresh meat, vegetable, and seafood are unlimited for $21.99, but if you like Korean BBQ, that's available too for 5 dollars more. The grill and pot are in the center of the table so you and your friends can have fun cooking your own food.

Last week, my friends and I went for the first time to celebrate two birthdays. The service was fantastic, very personalized, and we sat in a semi-private room in the mezzanine level.
