Last week, NYC's Chinatown came together to mourn the death of officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos. On a cold January night, candles were lit and local community leaders, police officers, restauranteurs, Father Nobiletti from Transfiguration Church, Wellington Chen, the executive director of the Chinatown Partnership, and even Councilwoman Margaret Chin attended the vigil.
